Login Instructions:
If this is your first time logging in since July 2024:
- Your username is the email address you have registered with PSHRA.
- To log in for the first time, you must reset your password by clicking the forgot password option
- Once you receive the password reset email, follow the instructions to create a new password.
Troubleshooting:
- If you don’t receive a password reset email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Alternatively, click on the "Forgot Username?" link and provide your email address. You will receive an email confirming your username, after which you can request a password reset again.
Account Lockout:
- After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security purposes. It should unlock after 1hr. If it does not reset, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at (703) 549-7100, and we will assist in unlocking your account.
Assistance:
- If you are unsure of the email address you used to register with PSHRA, please do not create a new account. Instead, contact us for assistance, and we will help you confirm your account details.
